Grading service
Card grading is the process of evaluating the condition of a card, using a scale from 1 to 10 to indicate the level of preservation and rarity.
Carried out by specialized companies, grading takes into account factors such as scratches, creases and discolorations, and guarantees the authenticity of the card, increasing its value for collectors and investors.
The graded cards are then sealed in protective cases, to preserve their condition and facilitate exchanges and sales.
CollectingZone Role
For more than 10 years, CollectingZone has been an official partner of PSA and BGS, two companies that have always been leaders in the grading sector.
As an official partner, CollectingZone acts as an intermediary between the end customer and the grading companies, taking care of the entire card submission phase, the shipments to/from the companies and finally the return shipment of the graded cards to the customer.

Choose your cards
Please carefully choose the card or cards you would like to send us for grading.

Shioment to CollectingZone offices
At the bottom of the grading subscription form there is the address to which you will have to send your package.
Ship your cards by the deadline set by CollectingZone; if you miss a deadline you will be able to participate to the next shipment.
Use ONLY tracked shipments; shipments made with non-tracked methods (e.g. Posta 1) will not be accepted.

Registration of cards at the grading company
The CollectingZone team, once they have received the cards from all participants, will take high definition photos of each card. These will be shared with their owner and the cards will be registered in the systems of the chosen grading company.

Grading Complete!
Once the grading process is complete, the graded cards will be returned to the CollectingZone offices, which will then take care of the return shipment to the address you indicated on the subscription form.

Download the grading service subscription form and fill it completely.
Please indicate the number of cards sent, the type (sports, non-sports, etc.), the grading company chosen (PSA or BGS), the type of grading service requested, your data and the return address of the cards.
Choose whether to add insurance to your cards.

Protect your cards
Send us your cards in sleeve + top loader or semi-rigid case to ensure maximum protection for your cards during transportation.

Prepare the package
Carefully prepare the package by inserting the cards and the compiled subscription form.

Addition to the shipping group
Wait to be added to the WhatsApp group of the shipment you are part of. In the group, the CollectingZone team will send participants all the informations on the status of the grading process.

Shipping the cards to the grading company
Now your cards are ready to be graded! CollectingZone will ship the cards to the company you indicated in the application form (PSA or BGS).
